About Northside Creamery

For over 10 years we have been the only homemade ice cream shop in Westfield, MA. We have worked hard every summer to bring quality product and great customer service to our customers. Our staff is always there to greet you with a smiling face and helpful attitude. We are a small family business with big expectations for the way we run.

We would like to thank everyone who comes out to visit us and especially those who always come back for more! We always love to connect with you and hear how your experience is.

Excellent made-from-scratch ice cream... very professional staff.

You can even bring your dog, because they have a neat doggie dish of vanilla ice cream and a doggie treat (so your furry friend doesn't nag you endlessly for YOUR ice cream!).

Best ice cream in town. Very helpful and courteous staff and a nice area to sit outside. We will be back!

This is ice cream!

went for ice cream and found a little gem for THE BEST ice cream ever--first visit and everything they offer is fresh and delicious - a little pricey but worth it - a must if in the western mass area
